How do I change the email address associated with my Maison d'Herbes account?

It is not possible to directly change the email address associated with an existing Maison d'Herbes account.

To use a new email address:

1. Create a new Maison d'Herbes account using your new email address.
2. Then contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] and provide:
   • The previous email address associated with your account;
   • The new email address used to create your new account.
3. Our team will then verify the information and transfer the data from your previous account to your new account.
4. Once the transfer is complete, the previous account can be deleted.
