SHIPPING, REBATES AND RETURN POLICY

The products sold on the Maison d’Herbes online store are shipped from our head office in Centre-du-Québec. This strategic choice allows us to control at all times the quality of the products we offer.
As we are located directly in the Centre-du-Québec, we can deliver your orders to the four corners of the province quickly. Our shipping partners across the country are very busy during the holiday season, which could cause longer than usual delays.
Your order in trusted hands
Once the package has been picked up by Canada Post, we will email you the tracking number. Ordering products from our store therefore ensures that you not only get quality products made here, but also receive them in a timely manner.
If for any reason one of your purchases does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us by post at your own expense by first obtaining confirmation from our customer service. We will be happy to reimburse you as soon as possible. This applies to all products offered on our website.
The Maison d’Herbes team makes it a point of honor to offer you the best hemp products available. We therefore encourage you to include a note in your return package that explains the problem encountered. We can thus inform the producer so that he can improve the quality of his product.
For a return to be accepted, it must respect the instructions below:
● Offered items (including gift cards), discounted/sale items are final sale.
● We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, addresses incorrectly provided or packages marked delivered but not received.
● We charge a small reshipping fee of $11.99 for addresses incorrectly provided at checkout.
● We will refund or reship lost orders and/or damaged so long as we are notified within 14 days of your order date.
● Standard shipping is $11.99 on orders under $50.
● We do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. However, if you have a question regarding your order, please contact us.
● Given the nature of the products offered, returned products must be sealed, unopened or damaged and in their original packaging and will be checked before issuing the credit or exchange.
● The company reserves the right to refuse an exchange or a credit following the receipt of products that do not respect the conditions mentioned above .
HOW TO PROCEED
Following confirmation from our customer service, you can return the item. Please ensure that the item in question is returned to us at the following postal address in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
