I forgot to apply my promo code when placing my order. Can I get an adjustment?

We do not refund or adjust an order for a promo code that was not applied before the order was confirmed. The code remains usable on a future order.

Good to know: if you have just subscribed to the newsletter, your welcome discount applies on its own at checkout as soon as you enter your email address. For any other code, make sure the discount shows in the order summary before you pay.
