What delivery options are available for residential orders?
We ship most residential orders with Nationex. We may also use Canada Post in specific cases or for regions located farther from urban areas.
An automated email containing the tracking number is sent when the order is shipped.
You may also request one of the following four delivery options. To do so, please enter your delivery instructions in the order notes section on the checkout page, under order details.
- Nationex: door delivery with photo proof, without signature (SNR).
- Nationex: delivery with signature service.
- Canada Post: standard delivery to the recipient’s community mailbox.
- Canada Post: delivery to the recipient’s post office.
