Energy Tea

For the best infusion, measure one teaspoon of Maison d’Herbes energy green tea per cup (250 ml) of water. Heat the water to between 80°C and 85°C (176-185°F) to preserve the delicate aromas of the green tea and avoid bitterness. Let steep for 2 to 3 minutes, then strain. Enjoy hot or let it cool for an iced version. This tea is ideal to drink throughout the day for a natural energy boost.

Tips and tricks:

Refreshing iced version: Steep the tea as usual, let it cool, then serve it over ice cubes with slices of strawberry or apple for extra freshness.

Morning boost: Drink a cup in the morning or in the early afternoon to enjoy its energizing effects and stay active.

Adjust the flavor: Add  a dash of lemon juice to balance the natural acidity of the green tea.

Cold infusion: For a milder taste, let your tea steep in cold water for 4 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
