How to use
HOT
Add 1 tsp to 250 ml of water at 85 to 90 °C. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain.
For a lighter taste, go with a 3-minute steep. For a more present tea, let it steep a little longer.
ICED
Brew the tea as directed, then let it cool before pouring it over ice. You can add a few fresh blueberries just before serving.
WORTH A TRY
For a slightly sweeter cup, add a little maple syrup. The blueberry notes pair with it especially well.
