White tea
White teas are one of the great tea families. Contrary to popular belief, the color of the drink does not come from the tea plant species. In fact, it is the treatment of the leaves that gives the liquid a particular color. White teas are renowned for their delicacy. The young leaves are picked with the buds, then they are dried naturally in the sun to remove the moisture.
White tea offers delicate, simple, but very tasty aromas. In the end, we obtain a very pale liquor with moderate theine content. White tea varieties are best if you fancy a light, relaxing after-dinner drink, as their stimulating potential isn’t too high. Experts recommend that you use a porcelain teacup to enjoy the beverage.
