Caramel Apple Tea

Steep 1 teaspoon of tea for each cup of water (250 ml). Heat the water to between 75 and 80°C (167-176°F) to preserve the delicate aromas of the green tea. Let steep for 2 to 3 minutes depending on the desired strength. Strain and enjoy hot, or let it cool for an iced version.
