How do I receive my commissions?
As soon as your confirmed commission balance reaches CA$50, request a payout directly from your affiliate dashboard. Payments are made exclusively through PayPal, within 30 business days at most. No emailed invoice is required. If you are registered for GST and QST, enter your valid numbers in your profile.
What happens during promotions?
During a non-combinable offer, your code adds an exclusive discovery size to the order instead of the 15% discount. The sale is still credited to you and your commission is kept. The discovery product varies with the selection and stock.
How is my personal benefit calculated?
For $100 of regular-priced products: you pay $85 after the 15% discount. A $17 commission (20% of $85) is credited to your account, for a net cost of $68, excluding taxes and shipping, once the commission is paid out under the program terms. The two percentages therefore do not add up.
How do I keep my account active?
A recorded click, a referred sale or a personal purchase counts as activity. After 90 consecutive days without any activity, the account is closed automatically. Commissions under CA$50 or left unclaimed are then cancelled. You can apply again when you resume your activities.
What rules apply to my posts?
Clearly disclose your partnership and use verifiable information, with no medical or healing claims. Spam, buying ads on brand or product keywords, posting codes on public coupon sites and unauthorized resale are prohibited. Failure to follow these guidelines may lead to account closure and cancellation of pending commissions.
