How to use
PREPARATION
Add 1 tsp of herbal tea to 250 ml of very hot water, close to boiling. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes, then strain before serving.
For a more pronounced taste, extend the steeping time slightly.
WORTH A TRY
Add a little honey to soften the ginger and spice notes. A slice of lemon or orange can round out the infusion as well.
