How to use
HOT
Add 1 tsp of Lightness Herbal Tea to 250 ml of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes, then strain.
AFTER A MEAL
Enjoy a cup after a meal to support digestion and encourage a feeling of lightness.
ICED
Prepare the tea as directed, let it cool, then serve it over ice cubes. Add a slice of lemon for a fresher note.
WORTH A TRY
Add a little honey or a few pieces of fresh ginger to your taste.
