We combine hemp seeds with very high quality herbs. Hemp seeds are rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids and are a perfect protein containing all 20 amino acids. These are therefore beneficial for hair, skin and nails. Plus, they aid digestion and can ease joint pain caused by arthritis.
Suggested preparation and storage
Water temperature: 100°C / 212°F
Infusion : 3 to 6 minutes
Storage : It is best to store herbs in a dry place and in an airtight and lightproof container. However, if you are using glass jars, then they will need to be stored in a dark place to prevent spoilage.
