Izu Matcha brings Japanese matcha and Kenyan green tea together in the same cup. The result is a more present vegetal taste than our fruity matchas, putting green tea fully front and centre.
Prepared with water, it lets you appreciate the character of the blend in all its simplicity. It can also be served over ice or turned into a latte with your favourite milk.

How to use
HOT
Add 1 tsp of Izu Matcha to a bowl or a cup. Start with a small amount of hot water at about 80 °C, then whisk with quick motions until the mixture is smooth and lightly frothy. Top up with hot water to about 250 ml.
AS A LATTE
Prepare the matcha with a small amount of hot water, then add your favourite hot, frothed milk.
ICED
Dissolve the matcha in a small amount of hot water. Serve over ice cubes, then top up with cold water or your favourite milk. Stir or shake before serving.
