How to use
HOT
Add 1 tsp of Calm Herbal Tea to 250 ml of hot water. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes, then strain before serving.
AT THE END OF THE DAY
Caffeine-free, it can be enjoyed in the evening, or simply whenever you want to take a quieter moment during the day.
ICED
Prepare the tea as directed, let it cool, then serve it over ice. For a stronger taste, use a little more tea when steeping.
